The Pajama Promise

December 14, 2017
Prospect-For 10 years the Prospect Hill students have donated many pajamas to the Pajama Program, founded by Genevieve Piturroto. This organization helps kids that never had a pair of pajamas or don’t have many pajamas because they feel every child has the right to a good night. On November 8th Mrs. Martin said hello to the bus once again. She had set a goal for Prospect Hill students to see if they could get 100 pairs of P.J.s. Our students kept on bringing in pairs of P.Js until we reached that goal of 100 pairs. Finally the bus climbed up our hill to hear the sound of Stuff The Bus!!!!!!!!
After that amazing time we decided to ask Mrs. Martin some interesting questions:
Why did you decide to do the Pajama Program?
“The Prospect Hill students are so generous that I knew that these students would want to make a change.”
How long do you think Prospect Hill will do the Pajama Program?
“As long as kids need Pajamas.I am so thankful to all the families of Prospect Hill. Without their support we wouldn’t be able to do it.”
